Tysica is based in Stormill Ext. 8 on the West Rand of Johannesburg. Tysica Group of Companies comprises of Tysica Steel, Tysica Laser & Tysica Manufacturing.

Tysica Steel was started in 1998 supplying steel to various industries throughout Gauteng.

Tysica Laser followed in 2001. This was when the Laser Cutting Industry in SA started expanding. Our first Bystronic Laser machine arrived in August 2001 and due to the phenomenal growth in the industry we now have 3 Bystronic Laser machines running 24 hours per day.

As time has passed, the industry has evolved and there became a need for fabrication. Tysica Manufacturing was established in 2004, offering our customers complete fabrication facilities. We can now manufacture a complete product for customers if required. From humble beginnings of 4 employees, Tysica now employs 45 staff.
Our business is built on relationships, getting to know our customers and their needs, understanding their businesses’ allows us to provide a better service. This understanding has helped us go from strength to strength. We moved into our new 3200m² factory in August 2008. In the future we will continually strive to improve ourselves, partnering with all our clients to grow together.
